Our Services allow you to share a note and phone number with Santa to create personalized experiences for children. You must ensure that any information shared is accurate and does not violate these Terms or applicable laws.

Our Services utilize OpenAI's technology. By using our Services, you also agree to be bound by OpenAI's Terms of Use. This includes, but is not limited to, their usage policies, content guidelines, and intellectual property rights.

You may not use our Services to:

• Share offensive, harmful, or unlawful content.
• Misrepresent yourself or impersonate another person.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Services.
• Violate OpenAI's usage policies or content guidelines.

Proof of Consent for Messaging

By providing your phone number during registration or interaction with Santa's Mobile, you consent to receive text messages related to our services, including confirmations, updates, and promotions.

Proof of consent is collected through your explicit agreement to these Terms of Use at the time of registration. This consent is documented and stored securely for compliance purposes.

4. Payment and Credits

• Each user begins with around 5 minutes of free talking to Santa to try the Services.
• Once the free credit is exhausted, additional usage may require purchasing credits. The top-up functionality will be introduced in the future.
• Payments made for additional credits are non-refundable unless required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content, features, and functionalities of the Services, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Santa's Mobile or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Services without prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
